Crystal guests and their travel agents may now use our NEW
online service to streamline embarkation and confirm
pre-cruise reservations for spa, specialty dining, shore
excursions and more!
Our new Priority
Check-in & Planning Center (PCPC) is an
easy-to-use service that provides expedited check-in on
embarkation day by allowing booked guests and/or their
travel agents to enter required travel information including
immigration, flight and credit card details in advance of
their travels.
In addition, once the online Priority Check-in
process is complete and cruise has been paid in full, guests
and/or their travel agents may proceed to the Planning
Center where pre-cruise reservations are
confirmed for spa and salon, specialty dining, Crystal
Adventures ® shore excursions and more.
Guests and/or their travel agents may also confirm daily
dining times for our new Open Dining by ReservationTM
in the Crystal Dining Room, request participation in
Creative Learning Institute courses, Computer University@Sea
classes, dinners in The Vintage Room (day/time confirmed on
board) and reserve a tuxedo (another new service).
A day-by-day Personal Cruise Calendar is shown for
